Overview
Our goal at TFHKids is to intentionally build belonging by creating atmospheres where your child can experience the unconditional love of God. We're passionate about supporting them in each stage of life, so we provide TFHKids options from birth-5th grade during all of our weekend experiences. Students in 6th-12th grade are invited to our Wednesday night youth experience, Launch.
Our TFHKids Leadership Team works diligently to ensure our classrooms and content are age-appropriate and ensure the passing of faith into the hearts of each child. We believe at TFH, that faith is not something we can make up, but rather faith is passed down to us, handed to us through a family community called the body of Christ.
We want each child to feel welcome and each parent to feel at peace while at church. We know that your most precious possession is your child and we want to answer any and all questions that you might have or any that might arise. All children need to be checked in prior to the start of service. We have created intentional time at the beginning of the service to help children become acclimated to the classroom and volunteers.
We hold a deep value in the fact that we believe that the passing of faith happens with the participation of the family community. We want to partner with you in spiritually discipling you and your whole family. Part of the way we do that is by having children 3 years of age thru 5th Grade participate in the song portion of the worship service and then dismissed following this portion of the service by directing them out the west side door to our Grade School Hallway. This is our first time what do we do?
Stop by our Welcomes Desk located in the foyer and one of our Service Hosts will answer any questions you might have and help you and your family get checked in for the very first time. Click HERE to view a map of our building to know which room your child will go to.
How do I check-in my child?
Our check-in process allows us to ensure we have all the needed information to ensure the safety and well-being of your child(ren). Please read through all of the information below, if you have any questions fill free to stop by the Welcomes Desk in the foyer or email us at info@fathershouse.net and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
There are two Check-In Stations located at either end of our foyer. Simply follow the steps on the screen for checking in your child. If you need assistance please stop by the Welcomes Desk and one of our Service Hosts will be happy to assist you.
Children birth thru 5 years of age and all guests are required to have a Check-In sticker showing they have been checked in for the service. Parents will have a matching sticker that must be presented at pick up to pick up the child. If for any reason, a parent is needed, the number on the security sticker will appear on the main screen in the sanctuary requesting the parent come to their child's classroom for assistance.
My child has special needs can they still participate?
If you have a child with special needs who might need a little extra support to participate in TFHKids, we'd love to partner with you to make their experience amazing! Just complete this form to let us know.
