The Father’s House Internship
The Father’s House now offers a 10 month internship program for those who want to develop their gifts and talents in ministry. There are 3 different components to the Internship Program.
The Group Learning component that will take place in conjunction with the Deeper life Institute, which meets the 2nd Monday night of each month. This time will be designated for our spiritual growth as we will journey through a book each month.
The second component will be the small group piece. We have scheduled these times on a weekly and at times biweekly time slots where you will get more in depth training on what a church as a whole looks like.
The third component is an individual component that will be determined on an individual basis, based on time constraints, focus areas, etc. Our goal is to partner you through the course of the program with different ministry leaders within the church so that you can learn the ins and outs of their department as well as how their department contributes to the overall whole of the church.
