"To Discover, DEVELOP, and Deploy"
It is the primary focus of The Father's House to raise up disciples who have been trained and equiped for ministry.

The School of Disciples is a 18 month course designed to prepare students and process them with a deeper theological understanding of their faith. The class meets once a month with Bishop Quintin to discuss the topic/book assigned for that class. Students are then asked to write a 1 page reflection paper from that lecture/book.

Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the School of Disciples curriculum, students are then qualified for ordination as Deacons within The Father's House Family Network and Communion of Convergence Churches.
